Missouri I-70—The project needs P3 enabling legislation and state legislature approval to toll some or all of the 200-mile segment that needs rebuilding. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission is unanimously in favor of tolling I-70, says Stephen R. Miller, its chairman, who is meeting with state truckers this month. But, he says “We’re looking at several years” of development, even if the legislature signs on next year, as hoped.
