The city of Ottawa has picked a Spanish-led consortium for the first of what looks like at least five P3 LRTs in Ontario. The procurement is being orchestrated by Infrastructure Ontario, which is also involved in three planned Toronto LRTs and the Waterloo Region project, which has issued an RFQ.
