ACS Wins Highway 427 Extension

A group including ACS Infrastructure Canada and a subsidiary of Toronto’s Miller Infrastructure has won the Cdn $616-million DBFM extension of public highway 427 in the west of Toronto. ACS, which owns half the concession company LINK 427, said financing included Cdn $78.5 million of bonds arranged by National Bank and bought by insurer Manulife Financial, and short-term construction financing of Cdn $116.4 million, syndicated by four financial institutions.
