Juan Santamaria, who leads ACS Group’s P3 development efforts in the U.S., will leave ACS Infrastructure Development in Coral Gables, Fla., on Jan. 1 to lead the company’s global concessions arm, IRIDIUM Concesiones de Infraestructuras, S.A. from Madrid.
