A year after its founding by five anchor members, the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI) has grown to 30 “colleagues and competitors focusing on the best result” in the P3 market, says Greg Kelly, global chief operations officer at Parsons Brinckerhoff and a board member at AIAI.
