ARTBA Leader Pete Ruane Is Retiri

Dauntless transportation advocate Pete Ruane, President and CEO of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), will retire in October after successfully leading the charge in Washington on five highway bills that increased funding from $16 billion a year in 1988 to $60 billion today (ISTEA, TEA-21, SAFETEA-LU, MAP-21 and FAST Act).
