Brazil To Auction Two Airports

After a highly successful sale of airport operating rights last year, Brazil has issued invitations to bid for concessions of the nation’s 2nd and 5th busiest airports. The Agencia Nacional de Aviaçao Civil (ANAC), Brazil’s civil aviation authority, will hold a one-day bidding auction on November 18 at Sâo Paulo’s stock exchange for Galêao, an international airport serving Rio de Janeiro, and Confin, the airport of Belo Horizonte, capital of Mato Grosso state.
