Three teams have been shortlisted for a Cdn $140-million (capital cost) DBFM courthouse project in Abbotsford, British Columbia, one of the few projects initiated since the province cut the size of its P3 agency, Partnerships BC, in 2015. The three groups are CBB Partnerships, with Concert Infrastructure, Brookfield Financial and Bird Capital; EllisDon Infrastructure Justice; and Plenary PCL Justice with Plenary Group and PCL.
