Canada To Upgrade 31 Border Posts Via P3s

Canada’s federal government has issued an RFQ for a DBFM project to demolish and replace 31 border posts across the country. The project is being funded from Cdn $440 million allocated in 2014 to upgrade infrastructure for the Canada Border Services Agency. More than half the infrastructure is over 35 years old.
