Chile To Fire Up Toll Concessions

The Chilean government plans to energize its flagging infrastructure concessions program with a 24-month injection of mainly highway, projects with an estimated value of US$5 billion. Halfway through its four-year concession program, the public works ministry is under fire from the concessionaires’ association (Copsa) for achieving only a quarter of its goals.
