As Colombia’s ambitious P3 Fourth Generation (4G) infrastructure program advanced this month with two more highway networks up for bid, some 20 international consortia, involving a total of some 70 firms, have requested qualification to bid. On offer are several new road systems and the initial batch of five highway stretches of Autopistas para la Prosperidad.
