Gains For $1Bn UC Merced Campus P3

Over the din of academic commenters, technical documents were issued in May to the three teams shortlisted to compete for a $1-billion expansion of the Merced campus of the University of California.
State Regents and campus executives, advised by AECOM and a host of other consultants, are considering DBFOM delivery financed with availability payments under an affordability ceiling.
