Spain’s Globalvia de Infraestructuras, S.A., to strengthen its mass transit division, will add two operating light-rail transit lines in Barcelona and a metro system in Seville, in deals that took shape this month. Globalvía and its 50% parent FCC are also completing a Euro 600-million (US$834 million ) metro project in Málaga, slated for trial runs in the first half of 2014. Offshore, Globalvía is scouring the U.S., Canada, Australia and Chile for further mass transit investments, including railway freight service lines
