Goldman Ups Mexican Tollroads Stake

Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Group (GSIG) is increasing its holding in Mexico’s toll road network Red de Carreteras de Occidente SAB de CV (RCO) by acquiring the 18.7% stake held by Empresas ICA for Mp 5.07 billion (US$380 million). After the purchase, GSIG will hold 73.2% of RCO, with the remaining stake shared by Mexican investors, particularly public pension fund managers, Afores.
