Indy Justice Complex On Fast Track

The City of Indianapolis shortlisted three DBFOM teams on March 4 for a 35-year availability payment contract worth an estimated $400 million to be signed for a major redevelopment of the city’s justice facilities. It’s a highly complex project with a large real estate component that the city and its consultants hope to procure in about 10 months, from shortlist in March to financial close by year-end.
