Indy Justice Complex On Fast Track

The City of Indianapolis expects to name a shortlist on March 4 for a 35-year availability payment contract worth as much as $400 million to be signed with a DBFOM team for a major redevelopment of the city’s justice facilities.

It’s a highly complex project with a large real estate component that the city and its consultants expect to procure in about 10 months
