Last September, Infrastructure Ontario’s Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) program released its annual track record report on 45 large AFP/P3 projects, mostly hospitals, it has completed as of March 2015. (Since then it has completed five more projects, bringing the total capital value to Cdn $15 billion, again mostly hospitals.)
