Technical proposals are due in mid-July from four DBFOM teams competing to develop and operate the world’s largest consolidated rental car (ConRAC) facility, at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Financial proposals are due in early August, according to Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a department of the City of Los Angeles. It is being advised by Jacobs (program management); Nossaman (legal); and Ernst & Young (financial).
