Montreal’s Champlain Bridge P3 Set

Canada’s federal government has launched a DBFOM toll bridge project in Montreal with a design-build cost of Cdn $3 billion to $5 billion and a very tight timeline.

The P3 replacement for the federally owned Champlain Bridge linking Montreal with the communities on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River was announced two years ago, but the schedule has been accelerated because of problems with the existing bridge.
