Brazil’s Norberto Odebrecht Construtora, S.A., a pioneer P3 developer in Latin America, has won its first mega-project transport deal in the U.S. after years of developing its construction capability in south Florida.

Odebrecht USA is part of a design-build team with Zachry Construction and Jacobs Transportation that is negotiating final terms of a $1-billion design, develop, construct and maintain contract with Texas DOT for the Grand Parkway beltway around Houston.
