Specialized P3 developer-investor, Plenary Group, is looking beyond its North American offices in Vancouver and Toronto toward the fast-evolving market to the south. It’s been shortlisted for a managed lanes project in Colorado and a large jail in Puerto Rico, but so far has only one person working in the United States, a business development executive.
But that will change in 2013, said President Paul Dunstan. The company is revising its business plan, to “significantly increase” the number of people and resources it devotes to the U.S. next year, he says.
