Saskbuilds has issued an RFQ to DBFOM an untolled bypass around the city of Regina with an expected capital cost of up to Cdn $800 million. The Saskatchewan P3 agency said it will provide milestone and final substantial completion payments for half the capital cost. The federal P3 agency, PPP Canada, has promised up to Cdn $200 million and the provincial government is also providing money. Availability and O&M monthly payments will run for 30 years.
