Risk Expert Leads ACS Group’s U.S. P3 Arm

ACS Group this month selected in-house attorney Nuria Haltiwanger to be CEO of both ACS Infrastructure Development, Inc. and its Canadian sister company ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., the wholly-owned North American subsidiaries of IRIDIUM Concesiones de Infraestructuras (the concession/P3-arm of ACS Group).

A former project finance lawyer at Dewey & LeBoeuf, her expertise is in legal and commercial risk assessment. Counting her work advising ACS on Canadian projects before 2009 and in-house after that, Haltiwanger’s transaction teams have won all eight of the projects they bid during that time, including I-595.
