Shortlist For St. John, NB Water

The city of Saint John, New Brunswick, has shortlisted three teams for its P3 water project, which includes a DBFOM plant and DBF work on the distribution system. The capital cost is expected to be over Cdn $200 million. The plant, the first for the city of 70,000, will have a capacity of 75 million liters a day. The shortlist is:
