Spanish Investors To Quit Itinere Toll

Three Spanish banks and Sacyr Concesiones have mandated JP Morgan to find buyers for the roughly 54% interest they hold in Spain’s Itinere Infraestructuras, S.A. Itinere, in which Citi holds the balance, controls seven highway concessions with declining revenues across northern Spanish regions totalling 609 km.
