Three Shortlisted For Toronto Highway 427 DBFM

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) in late November shortlisted three teams to submit proposals to design, build, finance and maintain the estimated $350-million Highway 427 expansion project.

Six teams responded to an RFQ in July 2015. The three shortlisted teams will be asked to respond to an RFP to be issue early in 2016. They are:

•            Plenary/ AECON/ Walsh/ Hatch Mott MacDonald

•            Cintra/ CRY /Ferrovial Agroman/Dufferin/AIA   Engineers /Urban Systems Ltd.

•            ACS/ Miller/ Dragados/ Miller Construction /BOT/ MMM Group
