TIFIA And Rising Interest Rates

U.S. bond yields for the 10-year Treasury benchmark have doubled in the past year and are now 3%.  While still low, there is some thinking that as the Federal Reserve winds down its asset purchases, yields may rise faster and further than expected, partly due to monetary policy in China.
