TIFIA Concern Dims FDOT P3 Plans

Florida DOT will decide in the next six to 12 months which of two proposed highway mega-projects will get the green light—either an extension of the I-4 Ultimate managed lanes or Tampa Bay Express. Also to be decided is whether or not the selected project will be procured under the P3 model used successfully by previous FDOT managers for I-4 Ultimate, I-595 and Port of Miami tunnel. . .
