Two Qualify For Toronto’s Eglinton Crosstown

Infrastructure Ontario got only two qualified bidders for a 19-km DBFM LRT project across midtown Toronto.

The Eglinton Crosstown project has been criticized by local engineers and contractors because it was too large for most Ontario companies to bid on. Opponents say the province would get better value for money if the P3 component were unbundled.
