The City of Winnipeg is looking for a capital markets advisor to work on its Southwest Transitway and Pembina Highway Underpass bus rapid transit project, formerly known as the Capital Integration Project. The advisor will work with Dillon Consulting and Deloitte, the city’s P3 advisors.
