York Region, on Toronto’s northern border, is looking for a DBF contractor to improve its Viva express bus service by building 12 km of dedicated lanes largely in the center of a major east-west highway, and 2 km in another location.

The projects are expected to cost at least Cdn $300 million to build, according to Infrastructure Ontario, which is running the procurement.
